- Surf & Turf Special ($1,400): lobster tail and filet mignon, vegetable mille-feuille, cheese sauce and confit onions
- Lobster Tail ($995): butter, sautéed purslane and sea beans, sea emulsion
- Grilled Octopus ($815): pea purée, port sauce and butter potatoes
- Pacific Shrimp ($715): grilled, with confit leeks, field corn and broccoli purée
- Filet Mignon ($665): mustard jus, smoked russet potato purée and cured beets
- Oven-Roasted Pork Belly ($665): black mole, plantain molotes and pickled onions
- Catch of the Day ($575): on grilled corn esquites with chile poblano beurre blanc
