Our chefs have prepared a special 4-course Thanksgiving prix fixe menu that blends the traditional turkey dinner you miss from home with a Mexican twist. Here’s what you can expect:
Welcome Bite: Roasted beet mini tostada with whipped honey goat cheese, orange vinaigrette and pepitas.
Starter: A warm pumpkin soup with sage brown butter, maple crème fraîche and morita chili crisp.
Main Course: Turkey breast stuffed with cornbread and mushrooms, gravy, morita cranberry sauce, brown butter mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts with hot honey.
