On Sunday, February 14, 2027 at 7:30 pm we serve a romantic three-course dinner on Isla Río Cuale, where the river meets the sea, 5 minutes from the Malecón. Tables are decorated with flowers and a live DJ sets the mood. The price is $2,500 MXN per couple ($1,250 MXN per person).
- Starter: burrata with balsamic-roasted strawberries, toasted pistachios, basil and sourdough.
- Choice of main: petit mignon in pasilla chile, red wine and bitter chocolate sauce with smoked mashed potatoes, or catch of the day in hibiscus and chipotle sauce with cauliflower purée.
- Dessert: Dubai-style chocolate cup with dark chocolate mousse, hazelnut cream and crispy kataifi.

Super Bowl LXI is also on February 14, 2027. If one of you wants to watch the game, our Super Bowl Watch Party starts at 2:30 pm with kickoff at 5:30 pm, and Valentine’s dinner begins at 7:30 pm. You can enjoy the game in the afternoon and a romantic dinner at night, all in one place.
