New Year’s Eve 2026 Menu: 4-Course Dinner
Our chefs created a celebration menu that mixes Mexican ingredients with a touch of champagne and salmon roe:
- Welcome: White gazpacho with Marcona almonds, wine-marinated grapes and bread crisps.
- Starter: Mini squash blossom tamal with ranch cheese and Oaxaca cheese, on pink mole with pine nuts, sesame and petals.
- Choice of main: Braised short rib with tamarind and ancho chile glaze, charred sweet potato purée, grilled spring onions and orange gremolata, or catch of the day with champagne sauce and salmon roe, confit baby potatoes, asparagus and dill oil.
- Dessert: Dark chocolate mousse with port-roasted grapes, cacao crumble with sea salt and champagne foam.
- Vegetarian main: Tamarind and ancho chile glazed mushrooms with the short rib sides.
Price: $2,800 MXN per adult · $800 MXN per child. Includes the 4-course dinner, a glass of sparkling wine for the midnight toast, the 12 grapes, fireworks and live DJ. Other drinks and gratuity not included. Vegetarian, vegan and kids menus available upon request.
