This year’s Annual Christmas Dinner promises an evening filled with exquisite food, live music, and festive cocktails to help you create unforgettable memories with your loved ones.
Christmas Prix Fixe Menu Highlights
Our talented chefs have prepared a special 4-course prix fixe menu that blends traditional Christmas flavors with local twist. Here’s what you can expect:
First Course: Begin with a Mini Garden of flavors — roasted pear, sweet potato, and grapefruit, paired with delicate Serrano ham and a fragrant herb vinaigrette.
Second Course: Indulge in a smooth Castilla pumpkin cream, served with a foie gras dumpling and tender roast beef, finished with a hint of white truffle for an unforgettable touch.
Third Course (Main): Enjoy our traditional stuffed turkey infused with foie gras butter, accompanied by vegetable Wellington, mashed potatoes, pea confit, and arugula oil.
Alternatively, savor roast beef with glazed vegetables, truffled mashed potatoes, and a rich red wine and maple jus.
